Creative Upscaler 1.0 adds detail to an existing video rather than enlarging it. It re-renders the clip at 720p or 1080p on Hylope’s own GPU compute, and a Creativity level from 0 to 6 sets how far it can move from the source: 0 stays closest, 6 gives it the most latitude.
The clip’s length is read from the source, and longer clips are trimmed to what it can render in one pass.
