Workspaces & Teams

Personal and team workspaces for organizing and collaborating.

A workspace is the top-level container for your assets, projects, and — if you’re on a team — the people you work with. Everyone gets a personal workspace automatically; team workspaces are something you create when you need to share credits and work with others.

Personal workspace

Every account gets a private workspace on sign-up. Everything you generate lands here by default.

Team workspaces

  1. Open the Workspace Selector

Click the Workspace Selector in the header.

  2. Create the workspace

Click Create Workspace, name it, and invite your team.

Roles

Role Permissions
Owner Full control, billing, member management
Admin Member management, all generation features
Contributor Generate, edit, organize assets
Viewer View-only access to assets

Shared credits

Team workspaces share one credit pool — every member’s generations draw from the same balance.

Switching workspaces

Click the Workspace Selector to switch between your personal workspace and any team workspaces you belong to. Every app — Create, Gallery, Nodes, and the rest — respects whichever workspace is active.

Workspace avatars

Workspace avatars are saved with the workspace and follow activity across clients — they show up in team-facing places like pending jobs, so it’s easy to see which workspace or teammate an action belongs to.

Team plan

Team workspaces require the Team plan — one flat price for the whole workspace, with up to 20 members included (see Plans & Billing). It includes:

  • 15% credit bonus on purchases
  • 20 concurrent jobs per workspace queue
  • One shared credit pool with role-based access
  • Team member management and priority support
