Flux
FLUX Video Upscale is a video-only BFL upscaler with 1.5x, 2x, and 3x factors. The directly accessible Creative toggle switches between a precise, source-faithful pass and creative detail reconstruction. Add a prompt when the creative pass should favor specific textures or features.
Inputs can be up to 20 seconds and 2560 x 1440 in landscape or portrait. Output is capped at 13.75 megapixels; when a requested factor would exceed the cap, Flux preserves the aspect ratio at the highest supported output size.

Hylope
Video-only, first-party creative upscaling inside Create (provider label: Hylope):

Unlike the multiplier upscalers above, it does not enlarge by a factor: you pick an output size (720p or 1080p) and a Creativity level from 0 to 6, where 0 stays closest to the source and 6 gives the model the most latitude to add detail.
